Main Structure and Features：

Rotary mechanism: The rotary mechanism used in this design adopts gear type rotary bearings, which have the advantages of simple structure, high rotary accuracy, strong resistance to axial and radial forces, and smooth operation; The gear type rotary bearing is placed in the middle of the bottom frame, and the outer ring of the gear type rotary bearing is fixedly connected to the upper roller conveyor, while the inner ring is fixedly connected to the bottom frame. The outer ring of the gear type rotary bearing is driven by a reduction motor installed on the gear.

Conveyor mechanism: using a pallet chain machine, with the specific structure as described above.

Attachment device: photoelectric bracket (rotation deceleration position detection, precise positioning detection).

Purchased parts configuration: SEW is used for the reduction motor, and Hangzhou Donghua is used for the chain.

Surface coating: Parts such as racks and photoelectric bracket mounting plates are rust removed by wire brushes, sandpaper, etc., acid washed to remove grease, phosphated, and then electrostatically sprayed with epoxy resin powder on the surface and baked. The resin thickness is between 60μm~90μm.
