Main structure and features：

Body: The modular frame is installed on the outer side of the chain machine. The frame is equipped with a fork device, and a metal mesh screen is mounted on the exterior of the motor.

Drive chain: Utilizes precision roller chains conforming to the GB1243 standard.

Drive mechanism: The drive mechanism employs chain and gear transmission. Both the motor and drive shaft are equipped with adjustment devices for tensioning the drive chain. The movable frame is suspended by the chain, and the guide mechanism consists of two sets of bearings sliding up and down within the guide rails. The movable frames on both sides can be adjusted to ensure they operate on the same horizontal plane, guaranteeing smooth operation of the palletizing and depalletizing machine as well as precise and neat placement of pallets.

Accessory device: Photoelectric bracket.

Surface Coating: After removing rust with wire brushes, sandpaper, etc., degreasing with acid washing, and phosphating, the surface is electrostatically sprayed with epoxy resin powder and baked. The resin thickness ranges between 60μm ~90μm.

External component configuration: SEW for geared motors, Hangzhou Donghua for chains, TR for pillow blocks, and Harbin Bearing for bearings.
