Scraper pushing block transfer machine is a transfer device used to change the direction of 90 ° movement of bags and suitcases on a roller conveyor. When the goods are transported to the transfer machine, the sensor detects that the goods are in place, and the transfer machine pushes the block to move, pushing the goods to the adjacent conveyor. After the goods are sent out, the transfer machine pushes the block to stop running.

Main Structure and Features:

Push block mechanism: Nylon/carbon steel square tube push blocks are installed on the chain as transfer transmission, and the transmission power is driven by a built-in small motor.

Transfer positioning detection: Diffuse reflection photoelectric switch is used for positioning detection of nylon/carbon steel square tube push blocks.  

Surface coating: Parts such as racks and mounting plates are rust removed by wire brushes, sandpaper, etc., acid washed to remove grease, phosphated, and then electrostatically sprayed with epoxy resin powder and baked. The resin thickness is between 60 μ m and 90 μ m. The spraying color shall be specified by Party A on the color card.

Configuration of purchased parts: SEW/NORD motor for reduction motor, Hangzhou Donghua for chain, TR for seat bearing, and Ha shaft for bearing.
